Today during ART one of our nurses told us that of 13 Hep-C positive inmates that she was recently taking lab samples from, only 3 of them had Hep-C when they arrived at the institution. All of them had fresh tattoos.

And we have a POS lieutenant who shreds officers' incident reports for tattooing--even the 100 series possession of hazardous tool charge that he has no authority to dispose of.

The restrooms in our training center haven't been cleaned in months. Cleaning them would likely interfere with some Camper's evening TV programs, Jack Daniels drinking, or telephone calls on his smuggled cellphone. Several staff filled out evaluation forms requesting that the piss & **** stains in the staff training center restrooms be changed at least monthly. I'm going to try and track this and see how often, if ever, the piss & **** stains get changed in the staff training center restrooms.
