What unit, How long

Hello all, I am new to the TDCJ group. I was just wondering which units everybody was at and how long you have been there. I go to the academy in a few weeks, but have been offered a spot at the Scott unit.:spin:

Plane/Henley Unit. It's a female unit around Dayton. I've been doing this for about 12 years now. Never dreamed I'd be doing it this long.

Frustrated with Rank and co-workers at McConnell after one year, is this normal?
I still believe in what I do and enjoy my work ,but,I have had just about all i can take as far as unprofessionalism and ignorance goes is this the norm in TDCJ? Is it any better elsewhere?
I am seriously considering calling it quits, I am a truly hardworking individual that tries to do everything right but only gets noticed for what I do wrong?

I've been at the Mountain View Unit in Gatesville, TX going on 8 months.
As for alongezonga. From my understanding there all like this. But try working 3rd shift. you're alone a lot more and it's easier to keep to yourself in the end so you can keep going.

Wynne unit 2 months this go around, I was at the Wynne unit 2 years ago for about a year in AdSeg. I'm Tryijg the Kitchen this go around. Starting to think it was a mistake to try. Rank is worse than anything. Every shift has different rules and protocol. Doesn't make sense to me
