I'm hopeing that someone could tell me how or where I could find more information on Gangs? I work at WSP in Washington State, I've been there four yrs and I love what I do. To know what they do and why is interesting to me. Serenos, Nortenos, Crips, Bloods, Aryan Family, Skinheads a few BGD's is what we have incarcerated there.

I would like to some day work for I.I. but that is way down the road. I've heard that about 90% of I.I. investigates Officers/Staff more than inmates not to interested in that.
